INTERACTIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Position Description

Graduates welcome. Permanent position in web Development Company, located in central Bangkok.

Designer will work directly under our Senior Designer, and be assigned project tasks for production. Design work will include: User Interface Design; Web Design; Graphic Design and Layout. Responsibilities also include:

  • Daily communication with manager to ensure working efficiency
  • Plan work based on goals and criteria assigned by manager
  • Meet assigned deadlines within established quality assurance standards
  • Document design process
  • Learn new technologies when required

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor / Master’s Degree in a Graphic / Web or related discipline.

Candidate must be proficient in the following skills:

  • Graphic Design and Layout
  • HTML and CSS
  • ActionScript
  • JavaScript

Candidate must be proficient in the following software:

  • Dreamweaver
  • Flash
  • Illustrator
  • Office

In addition, it will be an advantage if the candidate is familiar with the following software:

  • Photoshop
  • InDesign
  • Auto CAD
  • 3D Max

The successful candidate will :

  • Have strong creative visual design skills, and the ability to apply them to a Computer User Interface.
  • Be eager to work in a multicultural environment
  • Have good command of spoken and written English (note that office communication and documentation is normally in English)
  • Be a proactive, team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments
  • Able to interact with both development and client teams

This position is open to those individuals who may work legally in Thailand, without the requirement of a Work Permit from Dotography.
