Our contractors generally fall into 2 categories:

  • Programmers and Software People - multi-flavoured programming certification (Java; Microsoft; Salesforce.com) bachelors’ and masters’ degrees in IT. Experience ranges from 10 years to 1 year, and requested skills regularly include J2EE, .NET, PHP, JavaScript – all modern web programming - as well as interactive user interface programming like AJAX, ActionScript, Flash and Silverlight
  • Banking Transformation Business Consultants – product knowledge includes multi-channel sales and service (branch, internet banking, kiosk, call centre, self service), automated end-to-end loan origination and loan processing, core banking product factory, wealth management and private banking, business command
